  
Over the years, we've developed our own line of distinctive handbags and handluggage starting with our heavy canvas LAND & SEA TOTES, later adding our ballistic nylon group that we call STORMPROOF.
Our LAND & SEA TOTES are are no ordinary canvas bags. They are cut from rugged natural 18 oz. weight canvas. You cannot embroider canvas any heavier than this. By comparison, most canvas totes and purses are cut from 10 oz canvas or lighter, and 12 ozs at the most. The waterproofing of our bags does not come from coating with teflon, but rather from the thread of their canvas being soaked in teflon before being woven. The bags are sewn with heavy-duty industrial strength thread to stitching specs that are double of that required. They are cross-stitched and bar tacked and riveted when necessary at all stress points. Each tote has a contrasting outer waterproofed nylon bottom to keep the bag clean and the contents dry. The embroidery has been created with an incredible 4,000 stitches per inch.
