They’ve been cut from the best quality, lightweight cotton poplin that money can buy. Their fabric feels good to the hand – and it’s cool. The shorts are water resistant and have plenty of pockets. There’s a zippered pocket for your cell phone on the top, front side where it’s easy to reach and can be heard; two big side pockets with canvas taping at their entrance, two big, zippered cargo pockets on the lower front (the right one has an outer holder for 3 pens); and two more back zippered pockets with bellows – a total of 7 pockets, including 5 with zippers.
Their extra-strong construction includes double stitching, bar tacks at all stress points and extra wide canvas belt loops that can easily accommodate heavy, web-style utility belts up to 2-inches wide.
